Processing times vary by account tier: Bronze members receive funds within 5 minutes, Silver members within 3 minutes, and Gold VIP members receive instant withdrawals under 1 minute during banking hours (09:00 - 21:00 WIB).
The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 100,000. Maximum daily withdrawal limits are Rp 50,000,000 for Bronze tier, Rp 100,000,000 for Silver tier, and unlimited for Gold tier members. You may only withdraw funds to bank accounts or e-wallets registered in your own name. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited.
Before your first withdrawal, you must complete KYC verification. All withdrawal requests are subject to security review. ahabet reserves the right to delay or deny withdrawals if fraudulent activity is suspected, KYC verification is incomplete, or wagering requirements have not been met.
Accounts with no login activity for 180 consecutive days are classified as dormant. Dormant accounts with balances exceeding Rp 100,000 may be subject to a monthly maintenance fee of Rp 50,000 or 5% of the balance (whichever is lower). You will be notified via email before any fees are applied. To prevent dormancy, simply log in to your account at least once every 6 months.
ahabet offers various bonuses and promotions including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback rewards, and loyalty program benefits. By claiming any bonus, you agree to the applicable bonus terms in addition to these general Terms & Conditions.
Bonuses are intended for recreational players only. Bonus abuse, including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses, wagering with minimal risk (e.g., betting on all outcomes of an event), or any other strategy designed to exploit promotional offers, will result in forfeiture of bonus funds, winnings derived from bonus funds, and potential account closure.
Most bonuses are subject to wagering requirements (also known as rollover or playthrough requirements). The wagering requirement specifies the amount you must wager before bonus funds can be withdrawn as cash. For example, a bonus with a 5x wagering requirement means you must wager the bonus amount five times before withdrawal. Different games may contribute differently toward wagering requirements (e.g., slots 100%, table games 10%).
You must complete wagering requirements within the specified timeframe (typically 30 days from bonus activation). Failure to meet wagering requirements within the timeframe will result in forfeiture of bonus funds and any winnings derived from those funds. In case of disputes, ahabet's decision is final and binding. ahabet reserves the right to void bets if an event is cancelled, postponed beyond 48 hours, or if there is evidence of match-fixing or other irregularities.
For bandar bola (football betting) markets, goals scored in extra time count toward full-time result bets unless otherwise specified. Penalty shootouts do not count. Mix parlay bets require all selections to win; if any selection is void, the odds for that selection revert to 1.00. Voor bola (Asian Handicap) bets are settled according to standard Asian Handicap rules including half-win and half-loss scenarios.
All casino games use certified Random Number Generators (RNG) that have been independently tested for fairness. RTP (Return to Player) percentages are published on each game's information page and represent long-term statistical averages, not short-term individual results. ahabet does not control or influence game outcomes.
Live casino games are streamed in real-time with physical dealers and equipment. Bets are final once the dealer announces "No more bets." All togel lottery results are sourced from official operators (Singapore Pools, Hong Kong Jockey Club, etc.) and are final and binding. ahabet acts solely as an intermediary and does not influence draw results. Bets on cancelled draws will be void with stakes refunded. For disputes regarding togel results, official operator results take precedence.
ahabet reserves the right to impose minimum and maximum bet limits on any market or game. These limits may vary by sport, event, game type, and user account. We reserve the right to refuse or limit any bet at our discretion, particularly on events where suspicious betting patterns are detected.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. Do not share your password with anyone. Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) for additional security. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, contact ahabet support immediately.
You must ensure that your contact information (email address and phone number) remains current. ahabet uses these channels to communicate important account information, security alerts, and promotional offers. You are responsible for monitoring your registered email and ensuring our communications do not go to spam folders.
Any transactions, bets, or communications made through your account are presumed to be authorized by you. You will be held liable for all activity on your account unless you can prove unauthorized access occurred due to a security breach on ahabet's part.

ahabet is not liable for any losses, damages, or missed opportunities arising from service interruptions, technical malfunctions, software errors, or delays in bet settlement. In the event of a software malfunction that affects game outcomes or bet settlements, all affected bets will be void and stakes refunded.
You acknowledge that gambling involves risk of financial loss and that ahabet is not responsible for your betting decisions or gambling losses. Gambling should be treated as entertainment, not as a source of income. You are solely responsible for managing your bankroll and betting within your means.
ahabet's maximum liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms & Conditions or use of our services is limited to the amount you deposited in the six months preceding the claim, minus any withdrawals during that period.
You may close your ahabet account at any time by contacting customer support. Before account closure, you must withdraw all funds from your account balance. Any unused bonus funds will be forfeited upon closure. Once closed, accounts cannot be reopened unless approved by ahabet management.

If your account is closed for violation of these terms, ahabet reserves the right to forfeit any remaining account balance and withhold any pending withdrawals. If your account is closed without fault on your part, all legitimate funds will be returned to you minus any applicable fees.
